Founded in 1969 as Hartman, Briddell, Watkins Properties, Inc., the company first offered real estate brokerage and property management to buildings developed by the founding partners. Over time, the company expanded its offerings to include a full range of construction services from interior renovations to minor repairs, and shortened its name to HBW Group.
